Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kriay11 ("kriay11", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://kriay11.net. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered by kriay11, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

kriay11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any amounts already wagered.

Account Registration and Security

Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended without notice. Balances and winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at kriay11's sole discretion.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access your kriay11 account. kriay11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kriay11 immediately by emailing [email protected]. Include "URGENT — Account Security" in the subject line. kriay11 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the matter is resolved.

Account Verification (KYC)

kriay11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash account in your name)

Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested by kriay11 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. If your account has not been verified, withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

In the event of any conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, the KYC verification process.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Behaviour that constitutes abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine participation in the games, placing offsetting bets across accounts, and exploiting system errors or loopholes. Where bonus abuse is identified, kriay11 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the kriay11 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the kriay11 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the deposit, wagering, and withdrawal cycle.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology to obscure your true location or identity while accessing kriay11.
• Accessing the platform using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider in bad faith after legitimately participating in games and placing bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or kriay11 staff members through any communication channel.

kriay11 employs automated fraud detection systems alongside manual review processes to monitor accounts for the activities described above. Any account found to be in violation of this section will be actioned promptly. kriay11's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

Account Closure and Suspension

kriay11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Suspension may also be applied as a precautionary measure while an investigation into account activity is ongoing.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kriay11 account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kriay11 will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, after deduction of any active bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements, will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

The kriay11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kriay11 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption, error, or loss of data, kriay11 does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical faults, downtime, or inaccuracies at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and events outside kriay11's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kriay11's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kriay11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.

kriay11 accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from a player's reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game histories, or promotional content. It is the player's responsibility to verify all information independently before making betting or wagering decisions.

Force Majeure

kriay11 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failure, third-party payment processor outages, or cyber-attacks. In such circumstances, kriay11 will use its best efforts to restore normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate the situation to affected players via the website and registered email addresses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority. kriay11 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Players are encouraged to raise concerns directly with the kriay11 support team in the first instance before initiating any formal dispute process.
